Learned APP points out that this Court has not issued notices in this matter.

We find that because of hand loan and private dispute, police complaint under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code appears to have been lodged. Complainant and one of the accused persons are present in Court. Applicant No.3 is not available. Complainant and applicant No.1 state that matter is amicably settled out of Court between the parties.

In view of joint statement and request made by parties identified by their Advocate, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (1).
