The learned advocates appearing for the petitioners and the respondent No.1 have pointed out the Terms of Settlement arrived at between the parties on 2nd May 2018 and a copy of which is placed on record. The Terms of Settlement are signed by the petitioner No.1, his advocate, respondent No.1 and her advocate.
The learned advocates submit that the petitioner No.1 and the respondent No.1 are present in the Court and accept the Terms of Settlement. It is jointly submitted that all the compliances as per the Terms of Settlement have been made.
Accepting the above submissions and in view of paragraph 9 of the Terms of Settlement, the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class in Criminal Complaint Case No. 301576 of 2015 on 29th September 2015 is set aside and the complaint filed by the respondent No.1 against the petitioners is quashed.
Rule is made absolute in the above terms. In the circumstances the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
