DATE : 25/07/2022 By Pursis dated 04/10/2021, the respondents have brought on record the demise of the respondent no.1 - Rukhminibai Bawiskar on 12/01/2020; of the respondent no.8 - Pushpa Patil on 14/04/2021 and respondent no.9 - Vasantrao Bawiskar on 23/03/2021. Pursis Stamp No.01/2021 also indicates the names of the legal representatives of the respondents nos.8 and 9 and change of the name of the respondent no.5, as well as her address.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.284/2022 AND CIVIL APPLICATION (CAW) NO.283/2022 The petitioners have filed Civil Application No.284/2022 seeking to bring the legal representatives of the

2507 WP 3531 of 2021.odt deceased respondent nos.8 and 9 on record as well as Civil Application No.283/2022 for setting aside abatement, which have been filed on 08/12/2021 within 90 days of the receipt of the information by way of Pursis filed by the respondents, considering which, both the civil applications are allowed. The legal representatives be brought on record by the end of the week.

Advocate Ms Winy Daigavane, holding for Shri A.N. Ansari, learned Counsel for the petitioners only seeks to correct the name of the respondent no.5 as well as her address, consequent to her marriage, as indicated in Pursis Stamp No.01/2021.

Leave is accordingly granted. The corrections be carried out by the end of the week.

Upon the corrections and incorporation being carried out, issue fresh notices to the newly added respondents, returnable in two weeks. The petitioners to serve the newly added respondents by all modes permissible in law including e-mail and WhatsApp.
