The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the order of his categorisation. Upon perusal of the judgment of the learned Trial Judge, we do not find that any error is committed by the respondents to categorise the petitioner in category 4 (d) of Guidelines dated 15.03.2010. The writ petition is rejected.
