Heard.
Taking into consideration that the present application is for grant of parole on the ground that the petitioner's wife is suffering from serious medical ailment, we had requested the learned A.P.P. to take instructions from the concerned Police Station with regard to ailment of the petitioner's wife. The learned A.P.P. has accordingly placed on record a copy of the report. Perusal of the report would reveal that the wife of the petitioner does not suffer from any serious medical ailment which requires his presence with her.
In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference. Hence, the Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed.
No order as to costs.
