This is an application filed by the applicants-appellants for restoration of First Appeal No.639/2006 by setting aside dismissed in default order dated 22.8.2017 passed by this court. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he could not attend the court on 22.8.2017 as he was engaged before the another Bench of this court. He submitted that when he attended this court he came to know that the matter was dismissed by the court. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the application is allowed. First Appeal No.639/2006 is restored to the file.

The application stands disposed of.
