Praecipe is moved for speaking to minutes of clause (a) of paragraph 8 of order dated 24th June, 2021, wherein this Court has directed the Nazir to keep an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank in the name of respondent no.3-Sangita and respondent no.4 Riya 'through her natural guardian mother respondent no.1 Ashabai'.

It has been brought to my notice that Ashabai was the Respondent No.2, whose name has been deleted by order dated 8th November, 2017. The Respondent No.3-Sangita is the mother and natural guardian of Respondent No.4-Riya.

Hence, the typographical error in order dated 24th June, 2021 be corrected. The words 'Respondent no.1-Ashabai' be substituted with the words 'Respondent No.3-Sangita'. Necessary corrections to that effect may be carried out.
