The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 327/2022 registered with Police Station Ganeshpeth, District Nagpur for the offences punishable under Sections 408 and 477-A of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The allegations are that, the applicant was in the employment of the complainant and on his resignation, after a lapse of period of 18 months, the complaint came to be lodged, that while the applicant was in employment he misappropriated the amount.

After going through the case-diary, nothing specific has been pointed out. Moreover, prima-facie, there is no incriminating material against the applicant to deny bail to the applicant. In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order: rkn

b) The order granting ad interim anticipatory bail dated 06/10/2022, is hereby confirmed.

c) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 12th December-2022 to 17th December2022, and thereafter as and when his presence is required.
