Appeal came to be dismissed for want of filing of paper book in pursuance of order of this Court dated 27.11.2018.

The appellant is seeking for condonation of delay of 151 days in filing Misc. Civil Application for restoration and further prayed to restore the appeal. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that, paper book is ready and during course of day, he would file the same. In view of that, delay stands condoned.
