By this application, it is prayed that the delay in filing cross-objection be condoned. The reasons for delay are stated in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the application.

The application is opposed by learned counsel for appellant by stating that the reasons as assigned are not sufficient.

Considering the reasons mentioned in application, the delay in filing cross-objection not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation, if enhanced for the period from the date of Award till date. Delay in filing crossobjection is condoned in aforesaid terms. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
