DATE : December 07, 2022 Civil Application No.2227/2022 By this application the applicant has prayed that the nonapplicant No.1 be directed to produce the Minutes of meeting held on 19/09/2022 at Mantralaya as well as the record of the proceedings of the said meeting held in presence of Honourable Minister of School Education and Sports.
In support of the application reference is made to a notice dated 15/09/2022 issued by the Special Officer referring to meeting being convened at 3 pm on 19/09/2022 wherein the Secretary, School Education Department, Commissioner (Education), Director (Primary) and other concerned officers were to remain present. Reliance is also placed on communication dated 12/10/2022 issued by the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Akola as addressed to the Director of Education (Primary) which has reference to the meeting dated 19/09/2022.
64-WP-3726-22 2/2 is prayed that the Minutes of the said meeting be directed to be produced.
Shri S. P. Dharmadhikari, learned Senior Advocate for respondent No.1 on instructions of Smt Padmashree Taldekar, Deputy Director (Accounts and Finance), Mid-Day Meal Scheme, Maharashtra, Pune submits that on 19/09/2022 the Minutes of said meeting were not drawn and hence there is no question of placing such Minutes on record.
Accepting the statement made on instructions, we find that the prayer to direct the respondent No.1 to place the Minutes of said meeting dated 19/09/2022 on record cannot be granted. The civil application is disposed of in view of aforesaid.
