CIVIL APPLICATION NOS.1617/2016 & 2149/2016. Accepting the reasons stated in the application, which are not controverted, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount as per the impugned award with the Registry of this Court, within four weeks.

If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, the interim order granted by this Court on 1st July, 2016 shall continue until further orders.

If the amount is deposited within stipulated time, the respondent No.1 (widow) be given Rs.2,00,000/-. The balance amount be deposited in nationalized bank in fixed deposit until further orders.

The respondent Nos.1 to 3 (claimants) will be at
