Clause (ii) of operative order dated 13.09.2022 is clarified as under:- 3.

It is clarified that the word "each" used in the operative part in context with depositing cost of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) would mean, applicants as one set and respondent as another. Thus, the applicants collectively shall pay Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and respondent 2 shall pay Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the Police Welfare Fund, Washim City, Washim.
