By this application, it is prayed that the order dated 06.07.2018 be recalled and the appeal be restored against respondent nos.2 and 3. In the application, it is stated that the correct address of respondent no.2 has now been obtained. Respondent No.3 has expired leaving behind no legal heirs. Considering contents of the application, the order dated 06.07.2018 is recalled. The appeal is restored against respondent nos.2 and 3. The name of respondent no.3 is permitted to be deleted at the risk of the appellant. Necessary correction be carried out within a period of one week. Civil application is disposed of. SECOND APPEAL NO.150/2017.

Issue fresh notice to the respondent no.2, returnable on 19.09.2018.
