1.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. In short, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that though several representations have been made by the petitioners for removal of encroachment, the same are not decided by the respondent-Authorities. Be that as it may, since the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 2nd April, 2025 to the respondent Nos.1 to 3, we direct the said respondents to decide the representation in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from today. Needless to mention that all the concerned parties would be given an opportunity of being heard by the respondent-Authorities before passing final order. 2.
The petitioners undertake to produce the copy of this order before the respondent-Authorities within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
With these directions, the petition is disposed of. (RAJNISH R. VYAS, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) LANJEWAR
