It is contended that the petitioner was working with the respondent Cotton Growers Marketing Federation Ltd. However, he superannuated on 31-08-2017. Therefore, on 30-11-2017, 12-12-2017, 11-04-2018, 30-07-2020, 09-11-2020, and 29-01-2021 he made several representations before the respondent - Cotton Growers Federation for getting his retiral benefits i.e. amount of Rs. 17,11,232/- payable to him towards 300 Earned Leaves and 180 Medical Leaves. Said representations are pending with the respondent Authority.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with directions to the respondent-Authority to consider the representations made by the petitioner and take a decision on those representations within a period of 12 weeks from the receipt of this order and shall communicate the same to the petitioner immediately. No costs.
