Pursis dated 29th August 2019 is filed vide Stamp No.11767 of 2019 stating that during pendency of this petition, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed by the Deputy Director of Education by order dated 23rd May 2018 and approval is granted to her appointment. It is stated that in view of the above subsequent development the petitioner does not want to prosecute the petition and seeks permission to withdraw it.

The petition is disposed as withdrawn. The interim order granted on 4th September 2017 stands vacated. No costs.
