The learned counsel for both the sides submitted that the parties have settled the matter amicably out of Court and they have filed joint pursis along with terms of settlement. They pray this Cout to pass the decree as per the terms of settlement. Perused the terms of settlement. The parties have settled their long standing dispute and they have agreed that both of them would be able to construct the walls of their houses just adjacent to each other without leaving space.

Though the parties have settled the matter through the said terms of settlement, however, those terms of settlement shall be subject to any law, Rules, Bye-laws, Resolutions etc. applicable in their local area with regard to constructions.

Decree be drawn accordingly. S.A. No.

531 of 2011 is disposed of.
