Prayer is to revoke the order dated 10/07/2014 refusing registration of the second appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. The order refusing registration is revoked. However, appellants to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur within a period of four weeks. Objections if any, shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today. If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.

M.C.A. is allowed and disposed of.
