By this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a time frame.

Shri Madiwale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Scrutiny Committee states, on instructions, that the caste claim of the petitioner is decided and the claim is validated.

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed. Hence, by setting aside the impugned order, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande, PA
