The challenge to order passed by the Divisional Commissioner in the light of the directions contained in order of this Court dated 21.12.2015 holding that the Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 is not applicable is sought to be added in writ petition by this amendment. Learned senior counsel Shri M.G. Bhangde, upon instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to raise that challenge in appropriate proceedings.
