Heard learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The applicant is in jail since 02/9/2016. No recovery has been effected at his instance. Admittedly, he was not present at the scene of crime. In these circumstances, I am of the view that the applicant now deserves to be released on bail by putting him on certain terms. Hence, the order.:

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the following conditions.:

1) The applicant shall stay outside the limits of Nagpur City till the charge-sheet is filed.

2) The applicant shall furnish his address to the Investigating Officer within three days of his release from the jail along with his contact number.

3) The applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

4) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. Hamdast is granted.
