By the order dated 20/08/2022, this court has granted bail to the applicant in Criminal Application (BA) No.591/2022. While releasing the applicant on bail, this Court has imposed the condition that he shall attend the concerned police station on every 1st and 16th day of each month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, till the culmination of trial.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the applicant that now investigation is completed, further attendance of the present applicant is not required, and therefore, said condition be relaxed.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly objected the application on the ground that the condition is imposed to secure the presence of the present applicant, the stringent charges are levelled against the present
06.appp.1426.23.odt applicant. In view of that, the application deserves to be rejected.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties. Perused the order passed by this Court. There is no dispute as to the fact that the applicant has attended the police station which reveals from the copies of the case diary produced on record. Considering now the investigation is completed and the charge-sheet is filed and considering the intention behind imposing the said condition it would be appropriate to direct the applicant to attend the concerned police station once in a month on first day of each month between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial.

The condition No.(c) is modified and imposed as follows :
The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month i.e. on first day of every month between 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon, till conclusion of the trial.

The application is disposed of.
