The petitioners are seeking directions to the respondents not to demolish their shops without following due process of law as observed by the Civil Court vide judgment and order dated 31.08.2015 in Regular Civil Suit No.181/2005.

We are not able to understand once there is a judicial order directing the respondents not to disturb or obstruct the possession of the petitioners without following due process of law, now the same relief can be asked by filing the present petition. Since the relief which is sought in the present petition has already been granted vide judgment and order dated 31.08.2015, we do not find any merits in the prayer for issuing the same directions. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings if there is any violation of above referred judgment and order.
