By this petition, the petitioner challenges the order of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldana, dated 14.08.2014, deleting the name of the petitioner-Gram Panchayat from "Rajeev Gandhi Panchayati Raj Empowerment Scheme 2013-14".
Mrs. M.P. Munshi, the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad states on instructions, that though the name of the petitioner-Gram Panchayat was deleted from the said scheme during the year 2013-14, the Zilla Parishad has now included the name of the Gram Panchayat, for the said scheme, to be implemented in the year 2014-15.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel
2 06.04.wp.5266.14. for the Zilla Parishad, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive. By accepting the statement made on behalf of the Zilla Parishad, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
