By this petition, the petitioner challenges the action of the Collector, Yavatmal permitting the women voters of the village panchayat to give their say in respect of the functioning of FL-III licence by the petitioner in mouza Shirpur, Tahsil-Wani, District-Yavatmal. The petition is premature. The petitioner cannot seek an order restraining the Collector or the women voters from voting or giving their say for or against the liquor ship of the petitioner. If any adverse action is contemplated against the petitioner, the petitioner would be entitled to file appropriate proceedings. Since the petition is premature, we dispose of the same, with no order as to costs. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
