DATED : 18-12-2021 Considering the nature of accusation, the gravity of the crime and the material on record, I expressed disinclination to grant bail.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Dable submits that instead of rendering an elaborate order, the application be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer for bail, if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, if there is no significant progress in the trial in the next six months, the applicant shall be at liberty to revive the prayer for bail. The liberty is subject to

2 ba 1282.2021 two conditions. The first is that this order shall be brought to the notice of the trial Court by the applicant or his counsel within the next seven days and the second condition is that the delay in trial, shall not be, attributable to the applicant-accused.
