The following prayer has been made in the present writ petition:

"(i) Direct the respondents authority to pay the compensation of 78 pomegranate trees @ Rs.23,000/- per tree alongwith all statutory benefits with 18% interest per annum thereon within stipulated period."

Admittedly, the land of the petitioner was acquired by private negotiation and the sale deed was executed. 4.

In this writ petition, we cannot determine what should be the amount of compensation for the trees in the acquired land and how much trees were in the field, when the land was acquired.

This is the matter of evidence and such prayer cannot be granted in the writ petition, more particularly, looking at the fact that by way of sale deed, the title of the land has nd.thawre

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
