We dispose of the present petition by permitting the petitioners to appear before the respondent No.2Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati on 27.01.2025 for redressal of grievance viz. the applicability of Old Pension Scheme.

We direct the Deputy Director of Education to consider the claim of the petitioners based on the pronouncement in Writ Petition No.328/2023 (Govardhan s/o. Waman Lanje Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors.) decided on 31.07.2023 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of appearance.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
