DATED : FEBRUARY 28, 2020 By this application, the petitioner seeks to bring on record legal representatives of sole respondent, who is said to have expired on 30th January 2019.
Issue notice to the proposed legal representatives of deceased sole respondent, details of whom are given in paragraph No.4 of the application, returnable in four weeks.
In so far as Civil Application (CAW) No.
2563/2019 and Civil Application (CAW) No.3317/2019, are concerned, these are the applications seeking condonation of delay in moving application for bringing on record legal representatives and for setting side abatement. Since this Court is concerned with writ petition filed by the petitioner, the said applications are unnecessary and, therefore, they are disposed of as such.
