Learned APP points out that the charge has already been framed by the Learned Sessions Court vide Exh.68, as is reflected in the impugned order, considering which, in my considered opinion, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to challenge the framing of charge by way of proper application before the learned Sessions Court. The petition is accordingly disposed of on the above ground.
