By this application, respondent no.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by appellant. 2.

Since in another connected matter arising out of same award, this Court has already granted permission for withdrawal of 75% of the award amount, respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw 75% of the award amount alongwith accrued interest thereon, upon furnishing usual undertaking to the registry.
