2] In view of the peculiar facts as those are emerging on record and since the case is registered as S.T.No. 113/2016, in my view, the present application can be disposed of at this stage alone.

3] The applicants can be protected for a period of two weeks from today in order to take appropriate steps at the behest of the applicants before the competent Court. 4] In that view of the matter in the event of arrest of applicant no.1 Raosaheb @ Chhotu Babanrao Kadu and applicant no.2 Mahendra S/o Sambhaji Kadu in connection with Crime No. 2/2015, registered with P.S.Chandur Bazar, District-Amravati, under Sections 353,332,336,352,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(10)(11) of the Scheduled Castes and

aba.615.17.odt Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities )Act, they shall be released on bail on they executing P.B. of Rs. 25000/- each with two solvent sureties in the like amount each. 5] It is made clear that this protection is available only for a period of two weeks from today i.e. 31/8/2017 and after expiry of two weeks the protection granted to the applicants shall ceased automatically without reference to the Court.
