DATE : APRIL 06, 2015 For reasons stated in the application, delay in filing restoration application stands condoned. C.A. is allowed and disposed of. M.C.A. (ST) No.18970 of 2014 Prayer is to restore the M.C.A. (ST) No.8892 of 2013 as its registration is refused for non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the application, the order refusing registration of M.C.A.(ST) No.8892 of 2013 is revoked. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections, if any, to be removed within a period of four weeks.

If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order refusing registration shall revive.

Misc. Civil application is disposed of.
