The applicant/respondent No. 2 has filed this application for issuance of a direction to the Registry to disburse the amount of the share of respondent No. 1, as respondent No. 1 died on 26.02.2025, and she is the only legal heir of respondent No.1. Accordingly, she has tendered an affidavit across the bar, the same is taken on record.

Having considered the above facts, in my view, the applicant, being the legal heir of respondent No. 1, is entitled to the amount of compensation to the share of respondent No.1; hence, the application is allowed, as prayed.

Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the entire amount of compensation in the bank account of the applicant as per the order dated 14.01.2025, within six weeks, on her furnishing bank account details to the Registry.

The application is disposed of.
