The Civil Applications are for condonation of delay in filing application for recall of the order of rejection of the petition on account of non-removal of office objections, after condoning delay.

For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the rejection order passed on 11/08/2017 is recalled and set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. The office objections shall now be removed within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition shall stand rejected without reference to the Court. The civil applications are disposed of accordingly.
