DATE : 26.11.2025 As per the order of this Court dated 09.07.2025, it is recorded that the present applicant failed to deposit the deficit Court fees in the matter from the date of filing of the appeal. The record depicts the fact that appeals were filed before this Court in the year 2017. Therefore, prima facie, the order passed by this Court dated 09.07.2025 seems to be justified in the matter.

Learned Counsel for the applicant however states that the present appellants are of the poor agriculturists and, therefore, one more chance be given to them to deposit the deficit Court fees. It is stated that without fail the deficit fees will be deposited within a period of four weeks in the matter.

In view of this statement, which is accepted as an undertaking, further four weeks time is granted to the appellant to deposit the Court fees and if within four weeks,
