Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.18975 of 2014 is filed praying that the Misc. Civil Application Stamp No. 8925 of 2013 be restored. The Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.8925 of 2013 was filed by the applicants praying for review of the order passed by this Court on Civil Application No.2184 of 2012 refusing to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. The Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.8925 of 2013 came to be dismissed because of the failure of the applicants to

2 cao1687.14 remove the office objections, before its registration. In view of this fact, without issuing notice to the nonapplicants, the delay in filing the Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.18975 of 2014 is condoned and the Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.8925 of 2013 is restored. The Civil Application No.1687 of 2014 and the Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.18975 of 2014 are allowed. 3.

The applicants shall remove the office objections within four weeks from today, failing which the Misc. Civil Application Stamp No.8925 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
