Civil Application (CAF) No.2564/2021 Present application is filed by the appellant for amendment in the appeal memo as one of the partner of the respondent-firm expired about eight years back and, therefore, the said partnership came to an end. Now the respondent is no more a partnership firm and is a proprietary concerned.

In view of the fact that one of the partner is expired, the permission is granted to amend the appeal. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week. Application stands disposed of.
