rd APRIL, It appears that the applicant is absent since 21/01/2025. By the order dated 12/02/2025, the matter was kept for dismissal on 12/03/2025. On 12/03/2025 also, the applicant was absent, however, he placed one pursis on record that he may be discharged. However, there was no any supporting document or any acknowledgement and not any pursis that he has intimated by any mode to the applicant that he is withdraw his power. Therefore, notice to the applicant on Court Motion was issued for engagement of another counsel and the matter was posted on 04/04/2025.

The notice was duly served, however, nobody is appearing on behalf of the applicant. It appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. As such, the application stands dismissed in default.
