The appeal filed by the appellant-Insurance Company has been disposed of as per the order dated 12/12/2020 before the National Lok Adalat, Nagpur Bench.

Both the parties have filed joint pursis wherein the Insurance Company has given no objection to pay the amount to the claimant. Hence the amount deposited by the Insurance Company be paid to the respondent/original claimant with accrued interest as per the order of the Claims Tribunal. Court fee, if permissible under the Rule be refunded to the Appellant Company.
