By this application, the applicant is seeking recall of the order dated 9.7.2025 by which this court by considering the fact that though sufficient time has been granted to deposit the deficit court fees, the same was not deposited, hence dismissed the appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that within a period of two weeks, deficit court fees will be deposited in the first appeal.

In view of the statement of learned counsel appearing for the appellant, the order dated 9.7.2025 is recalled and First Appeal No.181/2017 is restored to its original file. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
