CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI AND P.N. DESHMUKH, JJ.

DATED : AUGUST 24, 2015 Adv. Thakur for petitioner is stated to be not available.

We have heard Adv. Mehadia for respondents and perused reply. The respondents have stated that if necessary treatment papers and photographs are submitted, the application of the petitioner shall be processed in accordance with law. The petitioner wants a declaration that he has been terminated because he was medically unfit. The prayer is, therefore, to direct the respondents to get him examined through Area Screening Committee.

In this situation, as respondents have

2408wp6377.14 2/2 agreed to it, we direct the petitioner to submit necessary treatment papers and photographs to respondent no.3 within a period of three weeks. If treatment papers and photographs are so supplied, respondent no.3 shall process the same in accordance with law within next four weeks. With these directions, we partly allow the petition and dispose of the same. No costs.
