MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO.17248/2023 This is an application for restoration of the petition, which came to be dismissed on 21-12-2021. The learned Counsel for the petitioner invites our attention to an order passed by the Supreme Court in Miscellaneous Application No.21 of 2022 in Miscellaneous Application No. 665 of 2021 in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No. 3 of 2020.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader strongly objects restoration of the petition. 3.
However, considering the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 3 to 6, the order of dismissal of the writ petition is set aside. The writ petition is restored to file.
