It is not in dispute that The Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRAT) has not taken steps after judgment dated 9.3.2015 in Writ Petition No.5005 of 2012. Judgment delivered by the DRAT is in favour of the present applicants and it has been questioned by the non-applicants/respondents by fling Writ Petition No.1006 of 2014.

As such, we find all contentions in the .....2/-

present application hypothetical.

Leaving all contentions open for consideration, if any cause of action arises, we dispose of the civil application. No costs.
