The present appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant/original accused No.1 since his application for grant of bail was rejected. 3.

Today, when the appeal is taken up for its final hearing, learned counsel Shri P.P.Kotwal for the appellant submits that he has instructions from the appellant as well as from relatives of the appellant to withdraw the appeal. The prayer is accepted.
