The State is seeking extension of time to file charge-sheet. It is submitted that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet can be filed within two weeks.

In view of above, time is extended for two weeks from today to file charge-sheet.

We clarify that our earlier order dated 10.07.2020 that "no coercive steps shall be taken" will not come in the way of Investigating Officer in following the procedure while filing the charge-sheet.

The application stands disposed of.
