Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 08.10.2015 passed by this Court (Coram: A. S. Chandurkar, J.). While granting the bail, this Court has imposed conditions on applicant. The condition No. (iii) of the said order is that :

"(iii) The applicant shall surrender his passport with the Investigating Officer. He shall cooperate with the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer as and when directed."

In view of the above condition, the applicant has surrendered his passport with the investigating officer. The applicant's passport has expired now. Hence, he wants to renew it. Applicant has undertaken to surrender his passport after its renewal. Considering this fact, I pass following order.

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The applicant is permitted to take his passport from Investigating Officer for renewal purpose.

iii) After renewal of passport, the applicant shall surrender it before the Investigating Officer.

The Criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
