Shende, Advocate for petitioner CORAM : Z.A. HAQ, J.
DATE : 20.02.2015 The petitioner has made a grievance that the order passed by the School Tribunal directing the reinstatement with continuity of service has not been complied with. The communication issued by the Secretary of the Society shows that the recognition of School has been withdrawn and is also reflected in the communication issued by the Deputy Director (Secondary and Higher Secondary).
In these circumstances, I am not inclined to take the cognizance of the grievance made by the petitioner. Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy according to law.
The contempt petition is disposed of.
