This Court vide order dated 11/11/2019 granted permission to the appellant to deposit the amount of Rs. 22,00,000/- in the Court and an interim order came to be passed to maintain status quo. The said order continued till today.

In view of the fact that the amount of Rs. 22,00,000/- was deposited by the appellant in this Court interim order granted earlier needs to be confirmed. Accordingly, application is allowed. During the pendency and final disposal of the present Second Appeal, the respondents are restrained from transferring or alienating the suit property or to create any third party interest or right in any manner therein.
